Australis 2000 Congress
'Ethics and values for this new century.'
SAVES President Mary Gallnor and Dr Philip Nitschke of the Voluntary
Euthanasia Research Foundation will be two of the speakers at the Regional
Congress of the International Humanist and Ethical Union, London, and the
Council of Australian Humanist Societies.
The congress, hosted by the Humanist Society of NSW, will be
held Sunday to Tuesday 12, 13 and 14 November 2000 at the University of
Technology Faculty of Law, corner Ultimo and Quay Streets, Sydney.
The focus will be on:
Rational Humaneness - the dignity and value of the person.
