Emergency medical information book

SA Ambulance Service and the Rotary Clubs of Glen Osmond and Burnside have provided a community service by publishing an information book, in the form of a magnetised fridge wallet, in which personal information concerning medication and medical history may be entered. This will assist the SA Ambulance Service, should they be called out, as they have been instructed to always check the fridge for such information.

This book also provides members with an opportunity to document that an Advance Directive has been drawn up, and where it is held.

Available by gold coin donation. Contact the Rotary Thrift Shop Unley on 8172 0900, or the SA Ambulance Service on 13 6272
