Congratulations are due to committee member Bill Mettyear who designed
this internet site, and keeps it updated. His expertise has not gone unnoticed,
for the site has been selected as "one of the best educational resources
on the web". This endorsement is from StudyWeb, a premier internet
site recommending educational resources for students and teachers.
The SAVES website is now listed as one of twenty major sites relating
to "Death and Dying" within the field of Social Studies and Culture. StudyWeb
considers the SAVES fact sheets to be a "very concise presentation of topics",
with numbers 6 and 7, relating to definitions and terminology, worthy of
particular merit. The SAVES site now displays the "StudyWeb Excellence
Award", only available to those sites chosen for inclusion in StudyWeb.
