SAVES on the Steps
Our parliament steps awareness days are of prime importance as they are an effective means of achieving ongoing publicity, for VE issues. They are generally held once a month on a Friday from 11am – 2pm. Members are rostered for 90 minute times ie 11-12.30 & 12.30-2pm. There is an information table, staffed by a committee member, placards are set up and pamphlets are given out to passers by who show interest. Petition signatures are also collected.
